The Sacred Pause Retreat

Join Erica for a week of restoration and healing in Puerto Rico! Stay in a beautiful tree house on a mountain in the seclusion of the El Yunque Rainforest. Professional Chef, Nicole "Coco" Montero will be delighting everyone with wonderful and locally sourced vegan and pescatarian meals.

Because we can all use a digital detox. We can all use the time to get away and regroup, heal, find some clarity and reconnect with nature. So many of us are just burnt out and need that get away to meet new people, have contemplative conversations and opportunity to get renewed. Many people, especially women, need and desire for a safe place to travel alone, without the need of a passport, to be seen, heard and held by other like minded individuals. Come and do as you wish. The program is set but you will not be held to it if you choose to venture out on a hike, jump in your car and seek a nearby waterfall or just chill on a hammock. However, I will be offering daily restorative and yin classes, meditations, and other intro classes such as intro to ayurveda and essential oils. There will be sound baths and other group reiki healing sessions and more.
